My Account registration

You can use one of the following as an access code:

• Last four digits of the primary Social Security Number on My Account
• Customer Access Code obtained via a phone call to SMUD Customer Services at 1-888-742-7683

An access code may be required for commercial customers prior to registering. In order to obtain an access code, please call SMUD's Commercial Contact Center at 1-877-622-7683. You'll need to validate your access to the account to receive your access code.
